    FOUNDER/ CAREER COACH

My name is Rob, and I’ve worked as a career coach in higher education and am currently a career coach at a non-profit. I’ve helped people from all walks of life reach their career goals.

In Higher Ed, I connected with students through social media and supported hundreds of them through original programming, one-on-one coaching, and mock interview sessions. In nonprofit, I’ve helped drive over $2.2 million in wage gains in 2024. I pride myself on empowering you to be the most superpowered version of yourself before a job interview.

My personal guarantee? I can never guarantee I can help get you the job, but I can guarantee it will be painful for employers to say no to you as a candidate.

I studied English at the University of Florida, with a focus on creative writing, and I also hold a master’s degree in business management, a graduate certificate in audience analytics from the University of Florida, and a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) certification from the NCDA.

I’ve worked across a variety of industries—nonprofit, higher education, business, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and startups.

With this diverse experience, I’ve gained powerful insights into how to stand out and make a lasting impression on employers. My coaching philosophy centers around one question: Are you “Hell Yeah!” about this? (Adapted from Stone Cold Steve Austin—minus the chairs and profanity!)

    Looking forward to connecting.

    CO-FOUNDER / CAREER COACH

Hi! I'm Diana. I love to learn. Through developing myself, I've had the opportunity to work across multiple industries and functions. My career has been focused on finding and growing internal talent. Beginning in hospitality, enhancing the guest experience was my specialty. After ten years of working in operations, I began a new adventure in human resources specializing in training, leadership development, and employee engagement. Ready for a new chapter, I moved back to Florida from New York City to work for my alma mater and develop future talent as a career coach. I joined a non-profit in 2022, to dedicate my work to gender equity. I love working with mothers returning to the workforce after maternity leave or individuals looking to start a new chapter. My specialized areas include the hospitality industry, human resources, higher education, and non-profit.
